I was born and raised in Harrisburg, SD. I started working at a young age mowing yards, working at the gas station and then the golf course! I also enjoyed playing sports with my friends. After graduating from Harrisburg High School, I attended Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, where I earned a business administration degree with an emphasis in marketing. After college, I worked in radio advertising for six years. Helping other business owners inspired me to open my own State Farm Agency, where I could help people! I began working for State Farm in 2020 as a team member before opening my own agency.

Outside of work, my family is the center of my life, including my wife Megan, our two kids Chloe and Carter, and our dog Benny. We enjoy going to the lake, fishing, spending time outdoors, going for walks, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Sioux Falls is our home and always will be! I also enjoy giving back to our community as a Junior Achievement teacher and a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
